How Course Materials Are Sent (starting 5/1/08):
The course materials are
shipped via U.S. Postal Mail. The manuals are stored in electronic form on
a CD-ROM disc as a series of Adobe .PDF documents. A distinct
pass-code is required to open and view each manual. You will receive an
e-mail message each month with a PDF document attached containing the pass-codes
for the manuals assigned to the next period in sequence.

The Pass-code Updates documents are cumulative. Each period's update
includes the pass-codes for the current and previous periods. The
Professional manuals are included on the CD-ROM.
The parts selection is sent upon
completion of payment for Period 13. The Payment Plan does NOT include the
ohmmeter or printed manuals.
Payment Arrangements
Your credit card is billed each month by the
automated shopping cart system. You are placed on an automatic delivery system to
receive the pass-codes for the manuals on the CD-ROM disc each month via e-mail.
The allowed method of payment for new students has
changed as of 5/1/08. The course must be purchased on a valid credit card
through our secure automated shopping cart system (see link below). We are
no longer charging interest over and above the cost of the course. It's
simply a pay-as-you-go system.
Downpayment: $100.00 (Period 1)
Each Period : $100.00 (Period 2 through
Period 13)
Total Payment Plan Purchase: $1300.00
Your credit card is billed for the downpayment at
the time of purchase. You can expect recurring billing notifications
starting 27 days after the initial purchase.
Refund Policy
If we receive a clearly-stated cancellation
request from you at least 5 days prior to your normal billing date through the
Contact Us page on our website, you will be removed from recurring billing and
the distribution list, and will not receive the pass-codes for the next period
and future periods.
We have a "no questions asked" refund policy.
Your most recent payment will be refunded if we are notified via the
Contact Us page on our website within 30
days of a charge to your credit card.
