Using "Repairing Appliances" You can obtain a quick answer to your
repair problems by immediately viewing a repair manual and photographs on your
computer! 1. If you don't already have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher, download and install it on your computer. Acrobat Reader is a free download which ensures that the manual can be viewed in its original format. Acrobat Reader allows you to search a manual for specific text or go directly to a particular page. 2. NEW OPTIONS! You now have two ways to view/print the manual of your choice: Option A) Purchase the manual through our new Storefront - If you wish to view/print a manual with included photos:
An email will be sent to you which provides a link to the web page for your manual. The web page contains links which allow sections of the manual to be viewed or printed via Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can also save the manuals to your hard drive. The manuals accessed through the Storefront (Option A) contain included photos within the .PDF documents. Note: You must pay by credit card to purchase a manual through the storefront. Currently, we are NOT accepting Discover card payments through our storefront (Option A). However, you can contact us to process a Discover Card payment manually over the phone or use Option B) below. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Option B) Subscribe to the manual (our original method) - (Only use this option if you are using Internet Explorer for Windows as your Internet browser!) Proceed to the Master Table of Contents page for the Online Service Manuals. Select the specific manual that you need. Proceed to the bottom of the page for the manual you selected. You can use either of two payment methods when using Option B): Pay for your subscription using a PayPal account or pay using a credit card. The payment method is determined by the radio button you select. Enter your email address into the New Subscriber box and click the Submit button. You will be transferred to the PayPal website or the Verisign website to complete your subscription payment. After
completing your subscription payment, you will arrive at a confirmation page on
our website. Navigate back to the
detail page of the manual to which you subscribed, enter your email address into
the Current Subscriber box and click the Submit button. You will
then arrive at a page which shows that your subscription will expire in 30
days. Click the "Proceed" link, and you will next view a web
page containing links to various sections of the manual. You can view the
manual on screen (with photos) when connected to the Internet. The manuals
accessed via Option B) contain links to the photos only, ie. the photos are not
stored within the .PDF documents. Adobe Reader allows you
to print a manual if desired. |
