No Cooling at All
Lights On
Hot Compressor
Condenser Clear

The condenser is not clogged and the cooling fan is spinning, but the compressor is hot and not cooling at all.

Unfortunately, this is probably a major system problem. Feel the temperature of the condenser coils. If they are cold, while the compressor is hot, a system problem is certain. If the condenser is hot, remove the evaporator cover and check the condition of the evaporator (see Some cooling, but it's just not right.). There is a slight chance it is so badly frosted that freon is returning to the compressor in a liquid state and jamming it. Also see No Cooling at All / Lights On / Cold Compressor (or Compressor Failure in Manual 7: Refrigerators and Freezers).
