Replacing an Amana Refrigerator Evaporator Fan Motor
All the food is out and the back wall removed. This fan was squealing and going slowly. The food was cold in the freezer but not in the fresh food side.
Universal motors work fine on odd installations such as this one. It is essential to get the rotation right. (See Refrigeration Manual for details. Note the copper wire in the motor housing.)
